This week’s tag comes to you from some NVP members using their free time to great effect. I’ve had the pleasure of singing this tag at several stages in its evolution, and am very happy with where it’s ended up. This week’s tag comes to us from New Mexico and the 505 Chorus. The 505 are a youth chorus out of Albuquerque, NM that has been making a splash in the barbershop scene since February 2009. NVP first met them at Midwinter in Pasadena, where they took 3rd and performed the highest-scoring song of the contest. They took 4th in Tampa and are gearing up to do some damage this year in Las Vegas. They focus on performing 1/3rd barbershop, 1/3rd modern acapella, and…
